Halifax's ISA Saver Fixed 2 Year pays 4.10%, which sits below the market average for Cash ISAs and 1.02% behind the category leader at 5.12%, so this is not a rate I would highlight for savers who shop around. It does beat August 2026 CPI of 3.1% by 1.00%, which at least preserves real value. The minimum is a manageable £500, but the real catch is that you cannot access your money at all until maturity, so anyone who might need funds within two years should look elsewhere, perhaps at Cynergy Bank's Online ISA at 4.15%.
