West Brom's 2 Year Fixed Rate ISA pays 4.15%, which sits below the cash ISA market average and 0.97% behind the category leader at 5.12%, so this is not a rate I would describe as competitive. It does at least beat August 2026 CPI of 3.1% by 1.05%, so your money grows in real terms. The genuine catch is the early access penalty of 150 days loss of interest, which makes this effectively a locked-away commitment for two years. If you want flexibility, Kent Reliance's Easy Access Cash ISA currently pays 4.24% with no fixed term.
