The Virgin Money M Access ISA pays 3.25%, which is below the market average for Cash ISAs and 1.87% behind the category leader at 5.12%, so this is not a rate to get excited about. It does beat CPI inflation by 0.15% (Aug 2026 figure of 3.1%), which is something. The flexible ISA feature is genuinely useful, letting you replace withdrawn funds in the same tax year without eating into your allowance, though you lose that flexibility if you close or transfer. Moneybox's Open Access Cash ISA at 3.80% is worth a look if rate is your priority.
