Penny's take
Worth it only if you're transferring £100,000+ as a Premier customer. The headline £600 reward requires both a Barclays Premier Current Account and a six-figure ISA transfer, making it out of reach for most savers. Smaller transfers earn far more modest sums — just £50 on a £10,000 move — so the maths only stacks up at the top tier. Always check that the ISA rate you're moving to beats your current one, because a lower rate can easily swallow the reward.
The biggest catch is the fixed-term lock-in: these are one-to-three year fixed ISAs, and exiting early costs you interest. You must also keep both the ISA and your Barclays current account open until the reward lands, paid by 22 February 2027. The transfer request deadline of 25 November 2026 gives reasonable time to act, but this offer suits committed, high-balance savers rather than those wanting flexibility.

How to qualify
Requirements
- •Hold or open a Barclays current account (a Premier Current Account for the £600 reward)
- •Open a fixed-term Single Access or Premier Triple Access Flexible Cash ISA
- •Use Barclays' ISA transfer-in service to move at least £10,000 from another provider's ISA, within 30 days of opening the ISA
- •Make the transfer-in request by 25 November 2026
Ask Barclays to transfer your existing ISA in. Don't withdraw the money yourself: paying it into a new ISA counts as a new subscription and uses your allowance.

Things to check
- You lose the reward if you close the ISA or your Barclays current account before it is paid
- The qualifying Barclays ISAs are fixed for one to three years: closing yours early or moving the whole balance out costs an early exit charge in lost interest
- Leaving a fixed-rate ISA early usually costs an early-exit charge, often some days' interest. Check it before you move, because it can be bigger than the reward.
