Skipton's Regular Saver pays 5.75% and is open to both new and existing customers, which makes it more accessible than many regular savers that restrict new sign-ups. The rate tracks 2% above the Bank of England base rate, so if the base rate falls, your rate falls with it, which is worth keeping in mind over the one-year term. The main catch is that there are no penalty-free withdrawals, so while early closure is permitted, you should only commit money you can leave untouched. If you want alternatives at the same rate, Market Harborough BS, Vernon Building Society, and Manchester Building Society all offer regular savers at 5.75%.
