The Kroo Debit Card is free to hold and genuinely earns its place as a travel card, running on Visa at practically nothing off the real exchange rate abroad, which is the best rate we have measured. I like that there are no foreign transaction fees on top of that, making it a clean option for anyone who spends regularly outside the UK. The catch is that it pays no rewards on spending at all, so if you want cashback or points at home it will not deliver that. UK residents aged 18 and over can apply.
