The 4.21% rate here is made up of a base rate of 0.90% plus a 3.31% boost that lasts for 12 months, so after that first year the rate drops sharply and you will need to review where your money sits. That said, it accepts ISA transfers in, has no notice period or withdrawal penalties, and is open to existing customers too, which makes it a decent flexible home for your ISA cash in the short term. If you want a marginally higher rate without the boost structure, Atom Bank's Easy Access Cash ISA is currently at 4.25%, though I would check whether that rate has the same conditions before switching.
